I wanted to help improve the security state in the country. Create a system that will allow our police service to search criminal, registrations databases using not only computers but text based services too. An officer with a phone should be able to search the database and get results fast enabling them conduct their work easily. The key feature here is the usage of phones including feature phones that are very affordable and using text based communication.
